Road test vehicle. No active Check Engine light noted and no driveability or engine performance concerns noted. Connect diagnostic unit and perform fault scan. Engine control module 1 reports sporadic faults P125B00 steam bubbles or air detected in low pressure fuel circuit and P304300 low pressure fuel pump mechanical malfunction. System currently passes all self-tests. Found no TSBs related to concern or faults. Based on client description of fault and symptoms; suspect the low pressure fuel pump/fuel transfer pump and/or fuel pump control unit is intermittently failing and causing a low fuel pressure concern but cannot accurately detemine if this is the root cause at this time.

Minor oil leak coming from between the turbo cartridges, it seems like the turbo seals are leaking. Recommend to rebuild or replace turbo. Minor oil leaking coming from valve cover gasket.
General vehicle health inspection. See multi-point inspection form.
Replace turbocharger

Road test; noted active Check Engine light but no additional symptoms. Connect diagnostic unit; found faults sporadic faults P050700 idle control system engine speed too high, P046100 Fuel tank leak detection module temperature implausible, and P046100 Fuel tank level sensor A circuit range/performance error. P0461 caused by error with the fuel tank diagnostic pump module's internal temperature sensor having a failure. Fuel tank diagnostic pump module failure. Inspect intake system for vacuum and false air leaks. Found leak vacuum leak into the engine crankcase causing excessive crankcase vacuum. Found failed air oil separator assembly causing a large vacuum leak and P0507 fault. Air oil separator failure.
Inspect keyless entry transmitters. One transmitter has battery incorrectly installed. Reinstall battery correctly; transmitter operation restored. Other transmitter still nonfunctional. Battery measures 2.85 V, spec is 3.0 V within 0.5 V. One failed keyless entry transmitter; advise replacing one keyless entry transmitter.
